WASHINGTON, DC
MAY/JUNE
ANNOUNCEMENT: If you’re an artist who would like to contribute to one of the numerous visual arts exhibitions and installations across Washington, DC during WorldPride, please email with questions.
WorldPride 2025 is fielding interest from queer visual artists, host spaces, partners, and sponsors to collaborate on its Anchor exhibitions, specialty exhibitions/installations, and with music/dance/theater events.
At least one exhibition will draw from the MASS COLLAB MEDIA photography collection.
Many projects are in formation, so people who are eager to join with others will likely find something. The WorldPride planning committee can help organize and promote approved events and place them on a Visual Arts suggested walking tour or bus tour available to the 3 million WorldPride attendees in DC.
The theme of WorldPride 2025 is “The Fabric of Freedom”. Let’s see what you think of the fabric of freedom.
There is an official portal to submit Partner Event applications on the WorldPride site, but project planning and coordination is helpful before getting to that stage. There may be exhibition spaces or other resources available for certain projects. Fee waivers may be considered based on need.
Email me to discuss your interest or project proposal.
